Ivica Stevanović

The wider audiences know him for his illustrations of chidren's books and as a graphic designer. He illustrates for domestic and foreign publishers. He has published more than thousand illustrations in textbooks and picture books.

He is renowned for his specific and original approach to illustration, which is displayed in important author publications: The Island of Doctor Moreau (Easton Press, 2018), The Bestiary (Centipede Press, 2016), Izgubljeni slučajevi (Komiko / Orfelin, 2014), Ljubazni leševi – enhanced edition (Komiko, 2011), Buntovnici (Orfelin izdavaštvo, 2011), Prognana bića (Orfelin izdavaštvo, 2010), Gnusobno-spodobni slučajevi, ili udesi (author publishing, 2009), Katil (Everest media, 2008), L’Anatomie du ciel (Les Humanoides Associes, 2006), Leksikon Likovnih Legija (SKC NS, 2005).

He is a professor at the department of graphic communication at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Serbia. He lectures book design, illustration and comics.

He has received numerous awards in the fields of design, illustration, caricature and comics. He is also the author of the last six Grossmann posters.
